Thank you for shopping with The Alcohol Free Drinks Company Ltd! We're committed to providing a smooth and transparent shipping experience for all our customers.
1. Order Processing
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days of order confirmation.
Exclusions: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Delays: In the event of a high volume of orders, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather), shipments may be delayed. We will notify you of any significant delays via email.
2. Shipping Methods & Costs
We offer several shipping options within the UK:
Standard Shipping:
Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days via Royal Mail Second Class. A flat fee of £4.95 will be applied at checkout.
Express Shipping:
Estimated delivery within 1-2 business days via Royal Mail First Class. A flat fee of £6.95 will be applied at checkout.
Local Delivery/Pickup:
Available in the York / Wetherby area for a fee of £3.50 or free pickup from our location at Unit 12 Rudgate Business Park, Tockwith, YO26 7RD Please select your preferred option at checkout.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected method and order weight/value.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number.
You can use this number to track your parcel's progress on the carrier's website.
4. International Shipping
"International orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked, with delivery estimates varying by destination."
Import Duties and Taxes: Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may be applied by their country's authorities.
5. Lost or Damaged Orders
Lost Packages:
If your order hasn't arrived within 7 days from confirmation, please contact us. For lost orders, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a refund or replacement.
Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 2 days of delivery with a description and photos of the damage so we can arrange a resolution.
6. Returns and Changes

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. We may be able to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed for shipping.
