Sea Arch Coastal Juniper proudly inspired by the Devon coastline.
Description
- Sea Arch is bursting with all-natural botanical ingredients, including hand-harvested sugar kelp and samphire, juniper, blood orange, cardamon coriander, grapefruit, lemon and sage.
- Sea Arch is named after an iconic rock formation found on our favourite stretch of coastline in Devon. The waves have washed away some of the cliff to create something truly stunning – a natural stone arch in the ocean, made beautiful because of what nature has taken away.
- Sea Arch non-alcoholic distilled spirit is made using traditional distillation techniques. Sarah extracts the flavours from each of our botanicals, then the alcohol is gently removed. It really is more beautiful without.
- At the first sip, aromatic juniper and bitter grapefruit give a clean, crisp taste. Then comes the sweetness and spice of blood orange and coriander. Our distinctively fresh coastal notes and Devon character are supplied by the wild seaside herbs of sugar kelp and samphire. Cardamon ensures a balanced, warm finish.
Non-alcoholic. Vegan. Gluten Free. Allergen Free, Sugar Free. Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 12 weeks.
Pairing
A classic Sea & T pairing Sea Arch Coastal Juniper with premium tonic, I always use Indian Tonic but it pairs well with others
A word about the founders of Sea Arch:
Sarah & Geoff Founders of Sea Arch:
If you’re anything like us, you’re becoming ever more discerning about what you eat and drink. We first dreamed up the idea of an alcohol-free spirit when we were running our own wine bar by the sea in Devon, like us many of our customers were becoming increasingly mindful, they wanted to be social and enjoy a night out, but not always with an alcoholic drink in their hand.
With a background in hospitality, working in top hotels in Europe and the Middle East, we knew there had to be a way to create an alternative to alcohol without compromising on quality, taste or experience. And so, after much experimenting in our Devon home Sea Arch was born.
How we make it
Our distilled non-alcoholic spirit is made using traditional distillation techniques, including both steam and copper-pot. We individually extract the flavours from each of the 11 all-natural botanicals, At the first sip, aromatic juniper and bitter grapefruit give a clean crisp taste, then the sweetness and spice of blood orange and coriander provide a further layer of flavour and complexity. Our distinctively fresh coastal notes and Devon character are supplied by the wild seaside herbs of sugar kelp and samphire, which are native to our local coastline. Cardamon ensures a balanced warm finish.
Our inspiration
Inspired by the sights and sounds of the stunning Devon coast, Sea Arch is named after an iconic rock formation found on our favourite stretch of coastline near our home in Torbay.
Our environment
Living by the ocean as we do, we are acutely aware of protecting the natural world around us. That’s why we won’t use single-use plastic in our packaging. Its why we use recycled cardboard for our boxes and solvent-free paint for our gorgeous marine blue bottles. We also use recyclable aluminium for our Sea & T range.
With purity of flavour and served with a real sense of occasion, Sea Arch is special and celebratory and captures the true spirit of the Devon coast.
We can all raise a glass to that!
