Cloudwater x Mash Gang Architecture & Morality – AF DDH Hazy Pale 440ml Can
We are thrilled to announce an exciting new collaboration! The Mash gang visited Manchester, and we crafted a thick and juicy 0.5% DDH Pale Ale together.
Inspired by their own hazy AF creations, we were super excited to welcome them to our brewery.
No disappointments here. Architecture & Morality delivers a huge burst of peach and apricot, perfectly complementing its delightfully creamy body. A refreshing grapefruit finish balances the flavour profile beautifully.
The taste is exceptional, with prominent notes of peach, apricot, white grape, and gooseberry, all wrapped in a super creamy mouthfeel that makes it truly feel like a big DDH Pale Ale. The dry hopping process included Strata, Nelson, and El Dorado hops, along with plenty of flaked oats.
This is a real winner.
